My wife and I came here with some friends awhile back. While it was fun, we have been in far more immersive rooms. At the time they had an incentive program to come back and do more of their rooms that one of our friends wanted to earn ... though they lost interest after doing 2 of the rooms. One that we did, fairy tale, had some broken items, there was scrapes and such on the wall, and things we needed missing.
We ended up having to push the help button multiple times to get our helper to realize we were missing items.
Hopefully they have fixed things and improved, though with so many escape rooms that are better in the area it's hard to justify coming back to ones that don't keep their rooms maintained.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 53346997Jul 8, 2023
What a fun activity! I didn't have a great time at the last room from a different company bc it was too hard but this was awesome. Tbh I don't think I could've done it by myself because it was still challenging but at least I felt like I helped by finding items. Things will pop out after you solve things which was surprising too. 35$ per person is still too pricey in my opinion but for a one time trip I'm satisfied. Staff were nice!

We did the Once Upon a Time room.
The A/C was broken so it was 84 degrees inside our room. (That's what the thermostat said in the hallway. I asked an employee in the control room to adjust the temp, he said there was nothing he could do.
Suggestions for improvement
- distribute the puzzles more evenly throughout the space (the last room of our adventure had the most puzzles in it)
- the key did not fall out as it was supposed to
- fix your A/C

If you're in the mood to use your brain competively and have fun, this is your place. I was with a leadership group and we had just taken a DISC assessment, this game revealed the leaders and we all were in certain areas.
There's a few rooms, you can do this with family, friends, girls night couple dates, etc.
The location is great, the owners are amazing, the staff is super fun and helpful. The parking lot is open and very spacious.
This would be my 2nd time not escaping hahhahahhah.
1 in Oklahoma. But this time, we just couldn't get that last stick right.

I would love to report that I rocked it and was able to escape but that is not the case LOL
Reality is though we got close, but timed out before we escaped. When I say it was tough, that is an understatement. It was challenging, so challenging that it REQUIRED teamwork and all of us working together which was the point of our being there, so ultimately mission accomplished!
Shout out to our amazing host Sam who really added to the fun we had!Helpful 35Thanks 0Love this 36Oh no 0 - Adam K.San Francisco, CA03Sep 28, 2023
The radios didn't work in Taken, so we spent 20 minutes not being able to communicate before staff finally stepped in to help. We've done 20+ Escapes, and this was a huge waste. Also doesn't connect to the story at all. Nice team of people who were apologetic about the technology. Caught them on a bad day, otherwise decent game.

We had such a great time doing a game at this escape room! Maggie was our Game Master for the Entrapment game and she did a terrific job introducing the game to us. Of our 4-member group, 3 of us had never done an escape room before, but Maggie made us feel confident in our skills! We were able to complete the game in about 42-minutes and had a blast! We will definitely come back for another game :)

We had a work event here and we had such a blast. This is a good team building exercise for a reasonable price. If you have a big group, you will be split up into 6-8 people for each rooms. We were in a group of six people for the Once Upon a Time room with a 25% rate. It was one of the few successful rates but we made it out with 4 minutes left! HA! We got frustrated in the last room because we asked for a hint and they gave us one that we already got. They heard us said it and quickly gave us a different hint.
The place is located inside the building with other activities for kids (trampoline, pool, gymnastics) they are upstairs so just walk up. It was kind of hard to find, just follow the signs.Helpful 8Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0
