I requested a whole house deep clean. I also added the service to clean all windows on the inside. The team was prompt in arrival and cleaned very throughly. Ceiling fans, baseboards, lights, etc were all cleaned. I have used Tidy Maids several times for deep clean over a period of several years and have never been dissappointed with the service. It is always a great experience to walk in to a house that has been cleaned so well with attention paid to detail! I think the value of the service is very reasonable for the amount of effort required.

Tidy maids of Frisco is amazing! I recently had knee surgery and am unable to clean. I reached out to tidy maids and they jaded someone out two days later. The cleaning job was immaculate! Every room in the house was cleaned with great attention to detail! I was absolutely overjoyed when I came home!!!

I would also like to speak to the honesty and integrity of tidy maids. Since I've been recovering, I dropped a credit card on the floor beside my bed. I didn't even realized I'd dropped it. When I came home the credit card was sitting right on top of my night stand!

I was looking for a move in cleaning service for a gift and the recipients were so pleased with the cleanliness. They kept saying it smells so clean and everything is so clean. Cabinets and drawers were cleaned inside and outside, bathrooms were clean. Just unpack and move in. Tidy Maids customers service is a pleasure to work with.

Needed a cleaning service to do a deep clean for a move in. Quick response to my quote request and scheduling was easy. Two member team arrived as promised and did a great job.

We do regular monthly cleanings with Tidy Maids and they are always professional and trustworthy. Their prices are reasonable and we have never had any major issues other than a few scheduling problems. If you are looking for reliable cleaners at a good price, they will be a good choice.

Started using Tidy Maids over six months ago. Love the great service they provide. Great people, great service, very flexible if I had to change the schedule, professional, and thorough.

Updating review after using tidy maids for almost 2 years now. Unfortunately, the results are inconsistent. When you have a good crew, the results are great. But sometimes they send different crews and the results can be very poor. I have had several months where the cleaning service I received was not acceptable. The good news is that management does try to make it right, but I just want the job done correctly the first time. We have to plan our work schedules and conference calls around the cleaning, so having a crew come back out to re-do the job is not convenient. I really don't like to complain but it's not an insignificant amount of money that we are spending. Sadly, I am going to be looking for another another service.
