I hired this company to replace my roof last year due to a hail storm and now I have a roof leak. Justin was the sales rep, he's very disrespectful. The only reason I chose them was because they were one of the preferred roofing contractors for my Insurance company. When he came out to inspect my roof said my roof was leaking due to ac vent pipe that is not installed correctly when they have been the only one on my roof. Do Not Use This Company!! I worked for a roofing company and know the processes.

I took the initiative to reach back out via Yelp message to ask when I should expect a call and did not receive a response to that inquiry so I gave up.

Jake, we are always constantly looking to improve how we communicate with our community online and offline. If you didn't hear from us in a timely manner, we do apologize. We are typically quick to get back to requests - this must have been due to a technical issue on our end. It's not standard that it would take more than a day to hear from one of our representatives even if you're only contacting us via Yelp. Wish you the best of luck with your project.

Janice S.Plano, TX654Dec 17, 2018DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and WILL NOT stand behind there work! We had 2 roofs put on by this poor excuse of a so called "Company" and now my roof is leaking and I can't even talk to the owner! I've been told by the RUDE receptionist that since it's been right at 2 years, there is nothing that they can do!!!! REALLY??????? They won't even come out and look at their poor workmanship!

They overcharge big. It would be nice to see some Americans in there company. I haven't heard back from them on a warranty issue, a response would be nice one of these months. Second class workmanship, but seems to be holding up over the months.
