I had the opportunity to try Chef Nic's food over the weekend, and it was all fantastic. The variety was amazing, all tasted amazing and just a really nice guy and experience. Really excited for the restaurant to open and ready to use catering services for my next event!

I'm a pretty picky person. I want everything done just the right way. I took a risk booking a service with a company I wasn't familiar with. Thankfully I wasn't let down! Chef Nic came out and prepared a 4 course meal for my Husband's birthday. He was on time, the food was impeccable (I didn't need to add salt/pepper to anything) and he left my kitchen spotless. Communication to set everything up was timely and effective. My husband and I were both thoroughly impressed. I'd highly recommend Chef Nic! Excellent job from a very experienced Chef!
